Recently, the Hong Kong media high-level visiting group's experience and research activities, which were invited to attend the 3rd Jilin Ice and Snow Industry Exposition and the 22nd Changchun Ice and Snow Tourism Festival "Jilin Phenomenon and Jilin Path of Ice and Snow Industry Development", drew a successful conclusion in Changchun City, Jilin Province. During the discussion, Lu Fujian, Deputy Secretary-General of the Changchun Municipal People's Government, introduced the achievements made in expanding and strengthening the ice and snow tourism industry, as well as the key areas and directions of development in recent years, which had been thoroughly implemented by General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on "Ice and Snow Areas are also Jinshan and Yinshan" and "300 million people participate in the ice and snow movement". Located in the world's golden ice and snow belt, Changchun has created the best quality ice and snow resources in Asia. In recent years, Changchun has been selected as "China's Most Beautiful City" and "China's Safest City" by the Chinese and Foreign Urban Competitiveness Research Institute. Changchun has also been included in the list of "China's Top 30 Tourist Cities Most Attracted by International Tourists" and "China's Top 50 Tourist Cities".
